Enright Cattle Company is a third generation farm that produces exceptional quality local beef. All cuts of beef are dry aged for approximately 21 days before they are cut and packaged.

Better known as a NY Strip, this cut is a premium piece of the loin. With exceptional tenderness and flavour it is great for grilling or pan searing. The most tender cut of the entire carcass. This is a treat you will want time and time again! They are great for grilling. The filet mignons are a smaller portion size and cut a good inch thick for extra juiciness. Try wrapping a slice of bacon around each filet prior to cooking for a little added flare. One per package.
